Yes. EveryBoard runs on a compatible Android streaming device with our EveryBoard player software. We prepare and test the device for you before it ships. Hardware setup is a one-time charge, starting at $90 per device.

In most cases you connect the EveryBoard device to a compatible television and an internet connection. Tell us about your TV and we will confirm it will work.

Yes. Log in to your EveryBoard dashboard from any computer or phone to change items, prices, and promotions, then save. Your screen picks up the changes.

Yes. You can upload your own images and videos to play on your screen alongside your menu.

EveryBoard is designed to manage multiple screens, each with its own content. Every plan currently includes one screen, and pricing for additional screens has not been set yet. Contact us if you need more than one.

No. Website development is quoted separately. The EveryBoard + Website and Complete plans include hosting for one business website.

PromoBoard Studio is a separate Windows desktop app for creating animated promotions and MP4 videos for your screens. It is not the EveryBoard dashboard. Access is planned as part of the Complete plan, and standalone pricing has not been announced.

Yes. The restaurant menu board demo is live on the Demos page. We are building more demos for other kinds of businesses.

No. We support a compatible, preconfigured Android device that we set up for you. We do not support other devices or operating systems at this time.
